At VM 4×4, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our vehicles and accessories. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our Refund and Returns Policy grants you 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must remain in its original packaging. Please ensure that the receipt or proof of purchase is included to facilitate a smooth transition through our verification process.
The Refund Process and Validation
Once we receive your returned item at our Headquarters in France, our technical team will perform a thorough inspection. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please note that for customized vehicle parts or special orders, refunds may be subject to a restocking fee due to the bespoke nature of our products.
Shipping and Logistics for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount. For high-value items, such as our signature 4×4 accessories, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and the risk of loss during transit remains with the sender until it reaches our facility at 12 Place de la Défense, 92800 Puteaux.
